How much is shipping?

Orders within the USA shipping for a flat rate of $4. All international orders ship for a flat rate of $12. 

How long will it take me to get my order?

Estimated delivery dates are provided at check out and are not guaranteed. Tracking information will be provided. Orders generally take 7-10 days to arrive.

How can I check the status of my order?

How can I pay for my order?

Live to Roll currently accepts all major credit cards and several online payment services such as PayPal and Google Pay. 

I did not receive all the goods I ordered or received the wrong goods.

Please contact us and we will remedy the issue immediately.

How do I cancel or change my order?

As soon as you place your order we begin processing it. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee changes or canceled orders. Please contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
